DISCLAIMER: All items are made to order. A Non-Refundable Deposit is equal to half (1/2) of the order total and must be paid at time of order to secure pick up/delivery date. Orders must be placed no less than seven(7) days prior to pick-up/delivery date to avoid rush order fees starting at an additional $15/doz. (21 days for orders with more than 4 dozen treats) Delivery is an additional $10 for Youngstown/Warren Area. Custom treat colors are not exact. Candy Kisses Treats, LLC will attempt to match colors as best as possible. Customer must provide a physical color swatch to achieve the best color match. Color samples provided via phone, text, or email are not accurate and customer assumes responsibility for inaccurate match when color samples are provided via one of the above-mentioned forms. All treats are prepared in an area where nuts, eggs, soybeans, fish, shellfish, and milk are used. Candy Kisses Treats, LLC is not responsible for treats after delivery or pick up. Treats should be stored in a cool, dry area to avoid damage to custom designs and melting chocolate, candy, and custards. Basic individual packaging includes clear cello bag and a color curling ribbon. Additional fees apply for custom packaging and is available upon request. Prices are subject to change without notice.
